We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Engineer / Interior Site Engineer with experience in commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site execution, handling billing processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior and finishing works including painting, waterproofing, and related activities
- Supervise and manage on-site workforce, including painters and contractors
- Ensure timely execution of projects as per defined quality standards and timelines
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless project delivery
- Address client concerns promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement work schedules, allocate resources,



and monitor progress
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies at project sites
- Identify and resolve operational challenges effectively

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree if not then experience should require minimum 1-2 years in similar industry
- Freshers Also welcome but should have civil degree.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out projects
- Robust knowledge of finishing works such as painting, polishing, and waterproofing
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently
- Must own a two-wheeler for site visits
