Job Description

Smart Talk is hiring a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales for its School English Communication Lab and Education Franchise Programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Call company-provided leads and generate business opportunities.
- Connect with school principals, directors, and owners to promote Smart Talk English Lab.
- Conduct online product demonstrations and sales presentations via Zoom.
- Identify potential entrepreneurs interested in opening Spoken English, IELTS, and PTE coaching centres.
- Present franchise opportunities and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
- Maintain lead records and achieve monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech Sales, School Sales,



Franchise Sales, Real Estate, or Insurance Sales.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Confidence in conducting Zoom meetings and delivering presentations.
- Must have a personal laptop and basic computer skills.
- Candidates must be based in Chandigarh, Mohali, or Zirakpur and be comfortable working from the office.

What We Offer

- Fixed salary of ₹25,000–₹50,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
