Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Brand Manager to strengthen our brand identity, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. The candidate will be responsible for developing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and positioning Ecoplug Energy India Limited effectively in the EV and clean-energy market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across digital and offline platforms.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Oversee brand communication, social media content, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, digital marketing teams, and external agencies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage company profiles, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Develop strategies to improve brand visibility, customer engagement,



and market positioning.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics.
- Support business development, partnerships, industry events, and brand collaborations.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of brand management, marketing strategy, and brand positioning.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and strategic thinking.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and campaign performance tracking.
- Strong project management and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in the EV, automotive, technology, or renewable energy industry will be an advantage.
