Electrical Engineering Manager

Experience: 8–12 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Manage electrical operations, maintenance, and engineering projects.

Handle HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, UPS, panels, and power distribution.

Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Lead electrical engineers, technicians, and contractors.

Ensure electrical safety, statutory compliance, and timely project execution.

Review electrical drawings, SLDs, BOQs, and technical specifications.

Manage vendors, budgets, materials, and project timelines.

Identify and implement energy-saving and cost-optimization initiatives.

Key Skills: Electrical systems, project & maintenance management, troubleshooting, team leadership, vendor management, safety compliance, and MS Office.
