Job Responsibilities:

- Recruit OPT candidates for our company's internal bench.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding job opportunities and availability.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in OPT recruitment.
- Good communication and candidate coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, night-shift setting.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
