About Us:

LearnOn Academy is an online EdTech company providing one-on-one tutoring in Maths, Science, and English to students in the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK.

? Job Type: Full time | Work From Home (Remote)

? Fixed Salary: ₹12,000–₹14,000/month (based on experience)

? Incentive: ₹1,000 per eligible teacher recruited.

? Key Responsibilities:

1. Teacher Recruitment: Post vacancies, screen resumes, source qualified teachers, and conduct initial interviews.

2. LinkedIn Recruitment: Find teachers working with other companies, post job openings, approach potential candidates, manage messages, and follow up with applicants.

3. Interview Coordination: Schedule second-round interviews with subject experts for subject knowledge assessments and live teaching demos. Send meeting details and reminders.

4. Offer Letters & Onboarding: Issue offer letters, complete onboarding formalities, and explain company policies and expectations.

5. Portal Training: Provide initial training to recruited teachers on using the teaching portal and conducting classes.

Google Sheets Management: Maintain updated records of all candidates, including interviewed, selected, rejected, and in-process candidates, along with their interview and onboarding status.

? Incentive Eligibility:

Earn ₹1,000 for every recruited teacher who:

✅ Completes onboarding.

✅ Onboards at least one student.

✅ Successfully completes 10 classes with LearnOn Academy.

? Earning Potential:

- 1 eligible teacher: ₹13,000–₹15,000/month

- 5 eligible teachers: ₹17,000–₹19,000/month

- 10 eligible teachers: ₹22,000–₹24,000/month

✨ Requirements:

- Very good English communication.

- Strong LinkedIn recruitment and sourcing skills.

- Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter who can manage the complete teacher recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and initial portal training.
