Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
* Explain diagnostic services and healthcare-related offerings.
* Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
* Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
* Maintain daily call records and update customer databases.
* Generate leads and support business development activities.
* Coordinate with sales and operations teams.
* Achieve daily calling targets and performance objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above.
* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
* Good verbal communication skills in Hindi; English is preferred.
* Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
* Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work in a team and meet assigned targets.
* Experience in the medical, diagnostic, or healthcare industry will be an advantage.
