A leading manufacturing company is hiring Skilled Operators for full-time roles across Fitter and Welding departments.
- For Diploma Candidates (Assembly / Quality / Production)Operate machinery and assemble mechanical/electrical components as per SOPs.
- Conduct quality inspections, checking, and defect analysis.
- Maintain daily production logs and report downtime to hit shift targets.
- Support line supervisors with 5S standards and workplace safety.
- For ITI Candidates (Welder / Fitter / Machinist)Perform precision welding (MIG, TIG, Arc) following blueprint specs.
- Assemble metal parts and structural components using hand and power tools.
- Set up and operate lathes, milling, or specialized machinery.
- Inspect welds and finished parts for dimensional accuracy.
- Eligibility & RequirementsEducation:
- ITI Trade: Welder, Fitter, Machinist
- Experience: Minimum 1 years in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Skills Needed:
- Technical drawing & blueprint reading.
- Hands-on experience with Vernier caliper, Micrometer, and Gauges.
- Knowledge of safety standards & shop-floor practices.
