Position: Business Development Executive / Telesales Executive

About the RoleWe are looking for a confident and target-oriented BDE / Telesales Executive to support POSSPOLE Catalyst's outreach and business development activities. The role will involve reaching out to educational institutions, organizations, students and relevant stakeholders through calls, follow-ups, sales conversations and meetings.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to colleges, institutions, organizations and potential partners.
- Explain Catalyst programs, offerings and collaboration opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert prospects through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Schedule and attend meetings with prospective institutions/clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead trackers.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges and organizations.
- Achieve monthly outreach, meeting and conversion targets.




- Coordinate with the internal Catalyst team to ensure smooth onboarding of interested partners.
- Requirements12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, business development, telecalling or customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with prospects.
- Confident in handling meetings and sales discussions.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM/lead tracking.
