We are hiring for the position of Field Recruiter and Recruiter (Manufacturing Industry Staffing background) based in Chennai.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Active Field Sourcing: Conduct on-field recruitment, site visits, job fairs, and campus drives.

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle, including onsite interviews, technical screenings, and final selection.

- Relationship Management: Build partnerships with training centers, community leaders, and industry hubs to maintain a sustainable talent pipeline.

- High-Volume Hiring: Meet urgent staffing needs through regional travel and on-the-spot interviews.

- Brand Promotion: Enhance the employer brand by acting as a direct representative within the community.
