Job OverviewVishal Restaurant is looking for an experienced Indian Cook to prepare quality Indian dishes and maintain food quality and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of Indian dishes as per the restaurant's menu.
- Maintain the taste, quality, and presentation of food.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Manage food preparation and cooking efficiently during busy hours.
- Maintain proper storage of ingredients and minimize food wastage.
- Follow food safety standards and kitchen procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 10th pass or below 10th.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of cooking experience.
- Skills:
Positive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Language: English is not required.
- Preferred Candidate: Male, aged 18–60 years.
- Preferred Industry: Hotels and Restaurants.
- Salary and BenefitsFixed monthly salary of ₹25,000–₹30,000.
- Overtime pay.
- Travel allowance (TA).
- Food/meals provided.
