About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Key Accounts Manager to manage seller relationships, drive seller onboarding, improve product selection, and support marketplace growth for E commerce.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of key sellers.
- Drive seller onboarding, product selection, and product listing activation.
- Ensure catalog accuracy, quality, and compliance with Flipkart standards.
- Identify selection gaps and improve seller performance.
- Monitor KPIs, including live rate, rejection rate, NCs, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller and catalog-related issues.
- Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding and selection targets.
- Prepare MIS reports and share performance insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and SLAs.




- Required Skills Strong seller management and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and cataloging processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
- Eligibility Criteria Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, field sales, or key account management.
- Experience with Flipkart, Amazon, or Meesho is preferred.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Seller onboarding and product live rate.
- Catalog quality and rejection reduction.
- Seller productivity and SLA adherence.
- Category-level selection growth.
