- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Handle customer inquiries, calls, and regular follow-ups.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into clients.
- Explain loan eligibility, required documents, and application procedures.
- Coordinate with the operations team for loan processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer records.
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in loan sales, telesales, or banking preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of loan products and documentation.
- Target-oriented with strong customer-handling skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Working Days & Timing Monday to Saturday: 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM
- Sunday: Fixed Off
