About the RoleFreechargeBiz is looking for experienced Field Officers (FOS) for its Trichy location. Candidates must have prior experience in lending or loan sales and be comfortable with field-based responsibilities.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire potential customers for loan products.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
- Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
- Conduct field visits and support customer verification.




- Follow up with customers regarding loan applications and repayments.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1 year of experience in a lending background or loan sales department is mandatory.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Must be able to communicate in Tamil.
- Should have good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Must be comfortable with field sales activities.
