- Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable outfits.
- Explain product features, fabric quality, fitting, and pricing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate repeat business.
- Fold garments properly and maintain neat, organized shelves and racks.
- Arrange, refold, and replenish garments after customer trials and purchases.
- Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Assist with billing, stock checking, tagging, and inventory management.
- Handle customer follow-ups and maintain daily sales records.
- Ensure all garments are properly arranged and the showroom remains presentable.
- RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in men's fashion and ethnic wear.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and discipline.
- Willingness to perform both sales and store-maintenance duties.
- Apparel retail experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
Salary & Advantages₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
