International Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Location: Mansarovar , Jaipur , Rajasthan

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Job Description - Vertexhire Consultants is hiring experienced candidates for an International Customer Support – Voice Process.

Candidates with prior experience in e-commerce voice processes and excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

- Eligibility Criteria Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process.
- E-commerce voice process experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Salary & Benefits CTC:



Up to ₹33,000 per month.
- Working Days: 5.5 days per week.
- Shifts: Rotational shifts and weekly offs.
- Female Candidates: Cab facility available during odd hours.
- Male Candidates: ₹180 per day cab allowance.
