- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or any graduate
- Basic sales & customer handling knowledge
- Valuable communication skills
- Willing to travel for site visits
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and demonstrate welding machines at client sites
- Troubleshoot and repair machines
- Perform maintenance and handle customer complaints
- Maintain service reports and documentation
- Provide basic technical guidance to customers
- Support sales through demos and client coordination
- Identify upselling opportunities and build customer relationships
