Job Responsibilities:

- Provide desktop, laptop, printer and basic IT technical support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS and network issues.
- Install and configure software, systems and IT peripherals.
- Provide basic CCTV troubleshooting and support.
- Handle IT-related complaints and coordinate with the technical team.
- Maintain records of service requests and IT equipment.

Requirements:

- IT / Hardware & Networking knowledge preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
