**JOB ROLE – ALL-ROUNDER TEAM MEMBER**

**Designation:** Team Member – All Rounder

### Key Responsibilities:

- Handle **customer service and floor operations**.

- Take orders and ensure proper customer interaction.

- Manage **billing and cash counter** when required.

- Assist in **kitchen preparation and food production**.

- Handle **packing and online orders**.

- Assist in **beverage preparation**, including coffee and other drinks.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.

- Follow all company **SOPs, grooming standards, and food safety guidelines**.

- Support opening and closing duties of the outlet.

- Maintain proper stock handling and report shortages or wastage.

- Perform any other operational duties assigned by the Manager.

- Be versatile to work in **any department as per business requirements**.

**Note:** The Team Member is expected to be an **all-rounder** and should be ready to work in the **kitchen, counter, billing, beverages, packing, and customer service** as required.
