Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Retail Staff member with at least 1 year of experience in retail store operations. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store standards, managing inventory, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a skilled manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising as per store guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Support stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Monitor product availability and report stock shortages.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and operational procedures.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
