Job SummaryThe Team Member at JJ Bakers is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining product presentation, assisting with sales, handling customer orders, and ensuring the bakery outlet operates smoothly. The candidate should be polite, well-groomed, punctual, and committed to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting bakery products.
- Explain product varieties, prices, offers, and availability.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain the display of cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, snacks, and other bakery items.
- Ensure proper product handling, freshness, cleanliness, and presentation.




- Operate the billing counter and handle cash or digital payments, as assigned.
- Keep the counter, shelves, equipment, and customer areas clean and hygienic.
- Check product labels, expiry dates, and stock levels.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to fulfil orders efficiently.
- Follow company policies, food safety guidelines, and grooming standards.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints politely and inform the supervisor when required.
- Support daily opening, closing, cleaning, and stock-counting activities.
- Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass; higher qualifications are an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Friendly, honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.
- Basic mathematics and billing skills.
