Store Manager – Premium Interiors Showroom

About the Role

We are looking for a Store Manager to manage our premium interiors showroom in Vijay Nagar, Agra. The showroom offers premium glass, wallpapers, micro cement finishes, and other interior surface solutions.

The ideal candidate will be confident, presentable, and customer-focused, with strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills. You will be responsible for managing walk-in clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable products, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.

Welcome and engage with customers visiting the store and understand their requirements.

Present and explain products such as premium glass, wallpapers, micro cement and other interior solutions.

Handle customer queries, provide product recommendations, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Drive sales and achieve showroom sales targets.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into orders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Maintain an attractive and well-organised product display in the showroom.

Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders, deliveries, and other customer requirements.

Maintain records of enquiries, sales, customer interactions,



and follow-ups.

Ensure the showroom is professionally managed and represents the premium positioning of the brand.

What We're Looking For

1–5 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, interiors, building materials, architectural products, or a similar industry.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.

Confident and presentable personality.

Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Ability to independently manage a showroom and handle multiple customers.

Valuable understanding of sales processes and target-driven environments.

Good to Have

Experience in premium glass, wallpapers, architectural products, interior materials, paints, tiles, flooring, or similar industries.

Educational background or experience in Interior Designing, Architecture, or a related field.

Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, or other industry professionals in Agra.
