About the RoleFreechargeBiz is hiring motivated candidates for the position of Loan Officer under its MFI (Microfinance Institution) division. The role involves loan sales, customer acquisition, loan application support, and customer relationship management.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers interested in loan products.
- Promote and explain suitable loan products to prospective customers.
- Generate leads and acquire current customers through field visits.
- Assist customers with loan applications and required documentation.




- Conduct customer visits and support loan verification processes.
- Maintain relationships with customers and provide assistance throughout the loan process.
- Follow up with customers and achieve assigned business targets.
- Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates must be comfortable with fieldwork and customer interaction.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
