About the CompanyIZON TOOLS is a growing industrial cutting tools company dealing in CNC cutting tools and machining solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, and import-export documentation.

- Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records in Tally Prime.
- Manage GST returns, GST reconciliations, and related compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and bank entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Prepare sales, purchase, expense, and outstanding reports.
- Handle import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Entry (BOE), and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with banks, customs agents, freight forwarders, suppliers, and consultants for import-related documentation.
- Maintain proper records for audits and statutory requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality,



and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Required SkillsGood working knowledge of Tally Prime and accounting principles.
- Practical experience in GST returns and compliance.
- Knowledge of TDS and return filing.
- Understanding of import-export documentation and customs procedures.
- Good Excel and MS Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Eligibility Criteria2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts and taxation.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Candidates with hands-on import documentation experience will be preferred.
- Experience in trading, manufacturing, or import-export companies will be an added advantage.
