About the RoleGolden Pools is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating enquiries, explaining our swimming pool construction and related services, and converting enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales enquiries.
- Follow up with existing leads and customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain swimming pool construction, renovation, maintenance and related services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Generate and maintain customer leads and follow-up records.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales/site team.
- Follow up regularly with customers until enquiry conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide professional service.
- Requirements12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, construction, real estate or related fields will be an advantage.
