About the CompanySwastik Trans World Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented B2B Sales & Marketing professional to expand our corporate customer base, develop new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with clients in the transport and logistics sector.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new corporate clients requiring transportation, freight, and logistics services.
- Develop business relationships with manufacturers, exporters, importers, distributors, traders, and other corporate customers.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, client visits, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Develop and execute B2B sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close profitable transport contracts.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to increase business.
- Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, tenders, and prospective customer accounts.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, customer requirements, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain a sales pipeline, prepare regular sales reports, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.




- Required Skills & Qualifications5–10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of acquiring corporate clients and generating revenue.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to independently identify prospects and convert leads into business.
- Good understanding of transport pricing, customer requirements, and commercial negotiations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- A solid professional network in the logistics or transport industry will be an advantage.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
