Requirements:

- Previous experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on performance and productivity.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
