- Wash and clean utensils, plates, bowls, cooking vessels, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, sinks, and workstations.
- Clean gas stoves, counters, racks, and kitchen surfaces.
- Ensure proper disposal of kitchen waste and garbage.
- Keep washing areas clean, dry, and organised.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout kitchen operations.
- Assist with daily kitchen opening and closing cleaning activities.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic housekeeping tasks when required.
- Follow restaurant hygiene and safety standards
