Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and creative 2D Draftsman and 3D Interior Designer with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software such as V-Ray or Enscape.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and interior design concepts using SketchUp.
- Create realistic 3D renders and walkthroughs using V-Ray or Enscape.
- Prepare furniture layouts, false ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and other interior working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and site teams to understand project requirements.
- Revise drawings and 3D models based on client feedback.
- Ensure design accuracy, quality, and timely project delivery.
- Required SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and technical drawings.
- Solid knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modelling and design development.
- Experience with V-Ray or Enscape for realistic rendering.
- Understanding of interior design, materials, lighting, textures, and space planning.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
- QualificationsDiploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in interior design, architectural drafting, or 3D visualization is preferred.
- A portfolio of 2D drawings and 3D renders will be an advantage.
