Job DescriptionDikshi Care is looking for hardworking and responsible Technician Helpers to assist our field service technicians with the installation, inspection and repair of home appliances.
Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians in repairing and servicing washing machines, refrigerators and dishwashers.
- Help with appliance installation, shifting and troubleshooting at customer locations.
- Carry tools, spare parts and service accessories during field visits.
- Assist in diagnosing appliance problems and replacing components under technician supervision.
- Maintain tools, spare parts and service equipment properly.
- Coordinate with the main technician and office team regarding service calls.
- Follow company procedures and maintain professional behaviour at customer locations.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a genuine interest in technical work can apply.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations across Chennai.
- Basic electrical knowledge and a willingness to learn.
- Good behaviour, punctuality and responsibility.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
