Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR professional specializing in Non-IT recruitment and senior-level hiring. The candidate should have strong knowledge of job portals, bulk hiring, talent acquisition, and end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves fulfilling the company's hiring requirements as and when needed, including leadership and senior-level positions.

- Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment, from sourcing candidates to final selection and joining.
- Handle senior-level and leadership hiring, including Sales Team Leaders, Sales Trainers, Sales Heads, and other managerial or senior-level positions.
- Execute bulk hiring drives to meet the company's recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on job requirements.




- Coordinate with hiring managers and management to understand current and upcoming recruitment needs.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for urgent and critical positions.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining and minimize offer dropouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment requirements based on business priorities.
- Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience in Non-IT recruitment and senior-level hiring.
- Strong knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Hands-on experience in bulk recruitment and handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent hiring deadlines.
- Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
