Job DescriptionKD Handmade Chocolate, an established chocolate brand since 2017, is looking for experienced, energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to expand our retail distribution network.
We are seeking candidates with strong FMCG sales experience who can independently manage assigned territories, generate orders and develop long-term relationships with retailers.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit 30–40 retail shops daily within the assigned territory.
- Introduce, promote and sell KD Handmade Chocolate products.
- Generate orders from general stores, supermarkets, confectionery shops and other retail outlets.
- Identify new retail outlets and expand the company's distribution network.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and ensure repeat orders.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle order follow-ups, payment collections and retailer coordination.
- Submit accurate daily sales and market visit reports.
- Monitor product availability, visibility and competitor activities.
- Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in FMCG, confectionery or retail field sales preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and selling skills.
- Good knowledge of Vasai–Virar retail markets.
- Ability to independently handle assigned sales territories.
- Target-driven, disciplined, punctual and professional.
- Candidates with an existing retail network will be preferred.
Salary & Growth₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
