About the RoleFreechargeBiz is hiring candidates for its MFI (Microfinance Institution) division for JLG (Joint Liability Group) loan sales and recovery operations. Candidates interested in field sales, customer interaction, and loan recovery activities are encouraged to apply.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesPromote and explain JLG group loan products to prospective customers.
- Generate leads and acquire recent customers through field visits.
- Assist customers with loan-related processes and documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding loan repayments and recovery.




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and recovery targets.
- Eligibility CriteriaCandidates must be interested in field sales and recovery activities.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Knowledge of Telugu and English is required.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- CIBIL score above 650 is mandatory.
