The Dandelion - Colonels' Jungle Resort is a 21-room resort on 11 acres near Dandeli, Western Ghats. We host groups of up to 42 guests. We are hiring a Housekeeping Attendant to keep rooms and public areas to standard.
YOUR WORK
Daily cleaning of guest rooms - checkout cleaning, occupied room service, and deep cleaning before group arrivals. Bed making, bathroom cleaning and amenity setup to a fixed room checklist. Linen handling - counting, sending and receiving laundry, and reporting stains or damage. Cleaning public areas: reception, restaurant, pool deck, washrooms and pathways. Reporting maintenance problems such as plumbing, electrical or carpentry. Getting rooms ready before group check-ins.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 1 year in hotel, resort or guest house housekeeping. Knows the room cleaning sequence, bed making,
bathroom standards and correct use of cleaning chemicals. Willing to live on site at a quiet jungle location, with free room and food provided. Hindi essential, Kannada or Marathi helpful. Sober habits are a strict requirement and will be verified in reference checks.
SHIFT
7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days working with one weekly off.
WE OFFER
Rs 15,000 to Rs 18,000 in hand, free accommodation and free meals on site. Male and female candidates both welcome. Candidates from Kolhapur, Sangli, Hubli-Dharwad and outside Karnataka are welcome - in office stay is arranged. No fee is charged to candidates at any stage.
