Key Responsibilities

Send enquiries and purchase requirements to vendors and suppliers.

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) for vendors and contractors.

Prepare, verify, and process sales/service bills and invoices.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding orders, rates, quantities, and deliveries.

Assist in material/goods dispatch, including coordination of dispatch documents and delivery schedules.

Maintain proper records of POs, enquiries, invoices, dispatches, and other commercial documents.

Coordinate with the project/site team to ensure timely availability and dispatch of materials.

Follow up with vendors for material delivery and order status.

Support day-to-day commercial and procurement activities.

Experience in the industrial insulation industry will be preferred.

Good knowledge of vendor coordination, purchase orders, billing, and dispatch processes.

Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to understand material requirements, quantities, and basic commercial terms.

Experience dealing with vendors, contractors, and project/site teams will be an advantage.
