About the RoleFreechargeBiz is hiring Field Officers for its Medak location. Candidates interested in field sales, JLG group loan sales, and recovery activities are encouraged to apply.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell JLG (Joint Liability Group) loan products.
- Identify potential customers and generate business opportunities.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
- Assist customers with loan applications and required documentation.
- Conduct field visits and customer verification.




- Follow up on loan repayments and support recovery activities.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and recovery targets.
- Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Interest in field sales is mandatory.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- CIBIL score above 650 is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and Telugu is required.
