? Job Role: Banking Collection/Recovery Executive

? Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

- Freshers will receive training.

- DRA certification is mandatory for experienced candidates.

? Job Responsibilities

- Contact customers regarding overdue loan EMIs and pending payments.

- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding dues.

- Explain pending amounts and payment details to customers professionally.

- Obtain payment commitments (PTP – Promise to Pay) from customers.

- Update customer details, payment status, and call remarks in the system.





- Achieve assigned collection targets and contribute to team performance.

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
