Traffic & Operations Executive - FTL and ODC (Mumbai)
URL Protected Express Pvt. Ltd. is a pan-India road transport company handling FTL and ODC loads, with 120+ owned vehicles and 33 branches. We are hiring a Traffic & Operations Executive for our Santacruz East, Mumbai office.
Your work:
- Arrange market vehicles (trucks, trailers, containers and ODC) through brokers and fleet owners
- Fix the truck rate, advance and balance payment with the driver or owner
- Prepare the LR and check the e-way bill before loading
- Track vehicles on the road and keep the client updated
- Coordinate with drivers, loading and unloading points, and our branches
- Collect the POD after delivery and send it for billing
Who should apply:
- 2+ years of traffic / truck arrangement work in an FTL or ODC transport company
- Your own network of brokers and fleet owners
- Knowledge of 20 ft to 40 ft vehicles, trailers and ODC loads
- 12th pass, basic English, good Hindi
Only transport traffic experience will suit. Warehouse, courier, e-commerce or delivery experience alone will not.
Salary: Rs. 20,000 - 30,000 per month, based on experience
