Job Synopsis - We seek a dynamic, results-driven Plant Head to spearhead end-to-end manufacturing operations, new factory setups, and strategic growth projects (including the Live Bakery product lines) for our fast-scaling food processing enterprise.
- Core ResponsibilitiesOperations & Cost Control: Direct daily manufacturing, capacity planning, and resource utilization while driving cost optimization (targeting 15% profitability, labor productivity, and reduced wastage).
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain rigorous food safety, hygiene, and statutory compliances; lead HACCP, BRC, and export certifications (Gulf/Asian markets).
- Projects & Innovation: Execute recent factory setups, NPD initiatives,
and lean manufacturing practices to achieve zero market complaints and robust export readiness.
- People & MIS: Manage plant manpower, industrial relations, and deliver structured MIS performance reporting to management.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Sales & turnover target achievement
- Labor and material cost-to-sales optimization
- First Pass Yield (FPY) & statutory compliance scores
- On-time execution of New Plant & NPD projects
