We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Trainer with practical knowledge of online selling platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. The candidate should have a strong understanding of marketplace operations, seller account management, product listing, order processing, returns, and common seller-related issues. The primary responsibility will be to train and guide customers on how to use these platforms effectively, explain processes step by step, resolve their queries, and help them overcome operational challenges.
The candidate should have excellent Hindi communication skills, along with the ability to explain technical processes in straightforward and clear language. Responsibilities include conducting customer training sessions,
providing platform-related guidance, troubleshooting seller issues, answering customer queries, and ensuring customers understand marketplace operations. Previous experience in e-commerce training, seller support, customer handling, or marketplace account management will be preferred.
