- Installation, testing, commissioning, and startup of AHUs and HVAC systems.
- Service, preventive maintenance, and breakdown handling of AHUs and HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, belts, bearings, dampers, filters, coils, valves, and actuators.
- Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC systems through BMS.
- Check sensors, actuators, control valves, VFDs, alarms, and temperature/pressure parameters.
- Coordinate with BMS and facility teams for control and communication issues.
- Maintain installation, commissioning, service reports, and preventive maintenance records.
- Ensure the HVAC equipment operates safely, reliably, and energy-efficiently.
