Resort Supervisor

Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and well-organised Resort Supervisor to oversee daily resort operations and ensure excellent guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have good leadership and communication skills, the ability to manage staff, and the confidence to handle guest enquiries and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the resort.
- Manage and coordinate staff, including housekeeping, reception, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure rooms, facilities, and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Monitor guest check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and reservations.
- Ensure guests receive excellent service throughout their stay.
- Handle guest complaints, resolve issues promptly, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor staff attendance, work schedules, and daily task completion.
- Coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain daily operational records, reports, and inventory.
- Ensure resort rules, safety standards, and service procedures are followed.
- Monitor the availability of rooms, facilities, and other resort services.
- Assist in managing bookings and coordinating with the telecalling and front-office teams.




- Identify operational issues and suggest improvements to management.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Previous experience in resort, hotel, hospitality, or operations management is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle guests professionally and courteously.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage daily operations efficiently.
- A responsible attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned duties.
