1. Maintain day-to-day books of accounts, journal entries, and general ledger postings.

2. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including vendor bills, customer invoices, and payment follow-ups.

3. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and vendor ledger reconciliations

4. Generate and manage e-Invoices, e-Way bills, and credit/debit notes.

5. Coordinate with internal departments and statutory auditors during year-end financial audits.

6. Explicit payment advise according debtors.
