Job Role: Collection Telecaller

* Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments and overdue dues.

* Follow up with customers to collect outstanding amounts over the phone.

* Explain payment details and due dates to customers professionally.

* Convince customers to transparent their pending dues within the given timeline.

* Maintain daily calling records and update collection data in Excel or the company system.

* Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

* Handle customer queries and payment-related concerns politely.
