We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels, product listings, order processing, customer inquiries, and day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, computer knowledge, and an understanding of online marketplaces.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings on e-commerce websites and online marketplaces.
- Upload product images, descriptions, specifications, prices, and stock details.
- Maintain accurate product information and inventory levels.
- Process online orders, coordinate dispatches, and track deliveries.
- Respond to customer inquiries, messages, complaints, and return requests.
- Monitor product availability, pricing, and order status.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Update product catalogs and maintain website content.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.




- Assist with promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- Ensure product listings follow marketplace guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer satisfaction.
- Required Skills and QualificationsGraduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or other online marketplaces.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and internet browsing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in product catalog management and online order processing is an advantage.
