Team Leadership & Mentorship: Directing and managing the daily workflows of mechanical engineers, drafters, and designers. This includes delegating tasks, conducting performance reviews, identifying training needs, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Project Management & Execution: Planning project timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring design milestones are met without sacrificing quality.

Design Oversight & Compliance: Reviewing 3D models, manufacturing drawings,



BOMs (Bills of Materials), and structural calculations to ensure they align with technical specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Design for Manufacturing (DFM): Collaborating closely with operations and manufacturing teams to ensure that mechanical components and systems are optimized for efficient production, assembly, and maintenance.

Client & Vendor Coordination: Interacting with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers to secure design approvals, finalize material specifications, and negotiate part selections.
