- Expand retail networks through exclusive stores, franchise outlets, and experience centres.
- Identify, acquire, negotiate, and onboard new retail and channel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential markets and expansion opportunities.
- Build strong partner relationships and monitor their performance.
- Drive sales growth, revenue generation, and channel partner targets.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate retail promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, Operations, Finance, and Product teams.
- Ensure product availability, smooth partner operations, and brand standards.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, revenue, partner acquisition, and market expansion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

- Proven experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Retail Sales, or Franchise Development.
- Experience in D2C, Automobile, Electronics, Hardware, Consumer Products, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, channel management, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking,



and relationship-management skills.
- Strong business development and sales orientation.
- Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
