JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

- Visit retail shops, dealers, distributors, and other market outlets.
- Promote and sell company products in the assigned territory.
- Generate new business and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase market coverage.
- Take orders from retailers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update market visits.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales preferred.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Chandigarh market will be an advantage.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
