Position: Recovery Executive / Recovery Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues.
- Contact customers through phone calls, messages, and field visits as required.
- Coordinate with customers to arrange timely payment settlements.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and payment commitments.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets set by management.
- Prepare daily and monthly recovery reports.
