Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
- Contact potential customers and explain our software products and services.
- Generate new leads through basic online research and calling when required.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Identify customer requirements and generate interest in our products.
- Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
- Work towards daily calling targets and monthly sales lead-generation goals.

Requirements

- Good communication skills and a confident speaking style.
- Energetic, enthusiastic,



and comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Basic knowledge of computers and the internet.
- Ability to handle customer questions and follow up consistently.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
